6-12th graders will be going to Ridgecrest Camp in Black Mountain on Sunday September 19th. There will be swimming, canoeing, games, food and fun with 5 other local churches. The cost is $5.

Advisory Council
Advisory Council will meet at the Family Resource Center at 4:30 p.m. on August 29. If you know of anyone who would like to serve on the Advisory Council in 2011, please see Jim ASAP. We will be recommending names to the church in September.
Happy Birthday to The Summit!
Our 5 Year birthday party is coming up Sunday, September 12th. We will have a carnival theme with music, clowns, bouncy rides, hot dogs and snow cones. Volunteers are needed to help with games. See Jennifer Kelly if you would like to help.
